I was tagged by the fun-loving Sadje of Keep It Alive for this fun quirky challenge. Go check out her blog…it’s full of great posts to help keep you healthy – physically and mentally.
Directions:
1. Answer the questions you receive (straight, funny, absurd, up to you)
2. Add three more questions of your own to the list
3. Tag three people
Question:
Q] What would Klaatu (The Day the Earth Stood Still) think of Earth if he landed today?
Umm I think this is out of my realm…I think anyone landing on this earth today would think this is the beginning of the end, everyone fighting amongst themselves, with others, anyone who doesn’t look like we do, think like we do, behave like we do, when man all but gets destroyed. We show no respect to others or our resources. Survival of the fittest. Game ON!
Q] If books’ characters were not imprisoned by their covers, which two characters would make a great couple?
Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland. Neither is phased by what they have seen and the imagination of what could happen is endless!
Q] For US folks: Turkey, Ham, or Something Else on Thanksgiving? For Int’l folks: What is one food you recommend most from your country?
Nothing beats a grass fed, USDA choice, thick, medium-rare fillet with just the right amount of salt and pepper seasoning.
Q] Is there a fictional world that you actually wished existed?
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Q] What song always makes you smile?
“Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” by the Police
Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic
Q] How do you like your eggs in the morning?
In someone else’s house! I cannot stand the smell of eggs, not cooked in any way shape or form, or even raw.
Q] After my three questions, what are your next three questions?
Does this really even count as a question?
Q] Why do people lie and feel adverse to telling the truth?
People want to look better, smarter, stronger, more cunning than they really feel about themselves. People who don’t lie are accepting of who they are. For me, as I get older, I forget a lot of things, so it’s easier to remember the truth than lies.
Q] Why, in our so called progressive world, do we STILL have taboo subjects?
Taboo subjects are only dependent on the culture or people who are uncomfortable talking about them. In my world, nothing is taboo…except I don’t like to talk politics or religion because it always makes people fight.
Further 3 Questions:
Q] Why does the Super man needs a phone booth?
In the day, when Superman was created, modesty was still a “thing”, and phone booths still existed.
Q] Where does the other second sock go?
To a sock purgatory …probably sucked into the drainage system of the washer, lost underneath the dryer, tumbled out of the laundry pile under some other piece of furniture.
Q] Why the rainbow sometimes appear in two arcs?
I don’t believe I’ve witnessed this, but rainbows are the fractionation of light through water molecules which act as prisms, so if there are two, perhaps its based on the distribution of the water molecules?????? Just a guess.
I’m not adding three questions (sorry, I’m bad at following rules) because I fear this list will get so long no one will want to play. Perhaps REPLACE three questions..???

Interesting take on those questions. I’m snagging one of them for next week’s SYW too….hmmm. 🙂
